Key Responsibilities
Support and contribute to Client IT transformation infrastructure modernization and operational excellence initiatives
Lead and coordinate daily infrastructure operations including monitoring maintenance troubleshooting and service optimization
Provide technical leadership and operational support for WindowsLinux servers virtualization platforms cloud infrastructure networkconnected systems Active Directory DNS DHCP and identity services
Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities including patching upgrades capacity management technology refresh and endoflife remediation
Perform incident management problem management root cause analysis RCA and service restoration activities to meet SLA commitments
Collaborate with cybersecurity network application and business teams to maintain a secure and resilient infrastructure environment
Coordinate with technology vendors managed service providers and support partners to resolve operational and servicerelated issues
Ensure compliance with Avient operational standards security policies audit requirements and change management processes
Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms including Azure M365 virtualization backup disaster recovery and enterprise monitoring solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation operational procedures knowledge articles and platform standards
Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Provide technical guidance mentoring and escalation support to junior engineers and operations teams
