Job Summary
Seeking a Workday Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in Workday Advanced Matrix Report within the Workday Technical skill family
Job Description
Design develop and maintain Workday Advanced Matrix reports to support business reporting needs Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical report solutions Ensure accuracy and integrity of data presented in Advanced Matrix reports Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues related to Workday Advanced Matrix report development and execution Work closely with crossfunctional teams including functional consultants developers and system administrators to deliver seamless reporting solutions Participate in report testing validation and deployment activities to ensure quality and compliance Document report designs configurations and procedures for future reference and audit purposes Stay updated with Workday platform enhancements and best practices related to Advanced Matrix reporting
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Workday Advanced Matrix reports ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
Manage the endtoend report development lifecycle from requirement gathering design development testing to deployment
Collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements
Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for report enhancements and optimizations
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members on Workday Advanced Matrix report best practices
Monitor report performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Support data validation activities related to Workday reporting
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and security standards during report development and deployment
