The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues related to integration and automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in ensuring software quality.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
