Summary:
In the role of HRSD Senior Developer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform and ensure its adaptability to changing needs is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with release management processes and best practices in a SaaS environment.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
