The individual supports transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that strategic objectives are met through effective collaboration and thoughtful planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
