Specialist - System Management
Key responsibilitiesTo hadle 2 critical tier0 payment services on their support incident user queries
Perform all the production changes including preparation representation in CAB and implementing them on production
Practical experience working within Incident Change and Problem Management processes and associated procedures
Experience operating in highfrequency change environments including the adoption engineering and execution of automated CICD pipelines
Solid understanding of Unix fundamentals and shell scripting for automation diagnostics and operational support
Demonstrated capability in production incident investigation rootcause analysis and implementing effective fixes to restore service
Skilled in maintaining production system health monitoring stability and proactively addressing risks to service availability
Comfortable working in AgileDevOps environments supporting continuous delivery while maintaining production stability
Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively during productioncrisis calls and provide clear technical updates
Customerfocused mindset translating customer needs into reliable support outcomes and consistently delivering highquality service
Should be ready to work on weekends on rotation
