- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
