Your Key Responsibilities
Customer quality management for BIS customers specifically focussing on Intercompany supplies
Major focussed customers : All BIS customes in India
Track monthly all customer scores and monitor Schaeffler performance
Drive actions to improve customer scores with plants/ IC plants
Ensure Quality Inventory at warehouses related to IC Finished
Complaint management for Intercompany supplies in India for BIS division
Ensure immediate response to customers, plan sortings
Ensure quick prelim analysis
Interface with source plants for 8D report
ensure cost recoveries from cource plants
Track BIS customer score cards monthly and drive improvements support Local Plants in case of quality concerns both zero Km and field
track and manage warehouse inventory related to blocked stocks for BIS regular customer visits to build relationship
Your Qualifications
BE with 7 years / Diploma with 10 years experience with automotive companies.
Strong exposure of working with customers
Strong knowledge of quality tools, quality systems, problem solving, SAP,
