Area Receivable Manager - MF

  • Performance & Collections: Drive regional teams to achieve 100% on-time repayment and manage delinquency by tracking bucket-wise collection trends.
  • Leadership & Compliance: Coordinate with field staff and branch managers while ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines during recovery.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell retail asset products (e.g., Micro-LAP, housing loans) to existing clients.
