2-6 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Document Management Systems (DMS). Experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText, Documentum, Windchill, Teamcenter, SharePoint, or similar solutions. Understanding of aerospace documentation standards, engineering change management, and configuration management processes. Familiarity with airframe engineering documents, technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and certification records. Knowledge of version control, workflow management, and document governance practices. Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting/dashboard creation. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience working in a global delivery environment and supporting large-scale engineering documentation programs. Manage, organize, and maintain aerospace engineering documents, technical publications, and airframe-related content within Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, revision control, approval workflows, and archival processes. Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and document control procedures. Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to manage and track airframe-related documentation.
