  • Participate in code reviews and promote best practices related to code quality, architecture, testing, and software design.
  • Support high-availability, mission-critical systems operating in a 24x7 environment.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and hiring initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, modern frameworks, and AI innovations.

About You:

You are an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and supporting enterprise-grade applications.

  • You have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and care deeply about building clean, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You are analytical, customer-focused, and confident solving complex technical problems in production environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and software design patterns.
  • Experience building backend applications and services using C#.
  • Experience developing frontend applications with React.js and/or Angular.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience building, deploying, and supporting complex production applications.
  • Familiarity with Git, source-control best practices, automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI-enabled applications.
  • Azure-native services and cloud-native application development.
