Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing predictive and intelligent testing approaches.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing processes for enhanced accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to innovate testing solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
