Branch Sales Manager - Retail
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive acquisition of new customers and business opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell products such as loans, insurance, investments, and other retail financial products.
- Develop local marketing and business generation activities to increase branch visibility.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and branch staff.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
- Set individual targets and review performance periodically.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer grievances promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure superior customer service standards across the branch.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor branch operations and maintain process compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Risk teams for smooth business processing.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor branch business portfolio quality.
- Track delinquency, customer retention, and collection performance.
- Take corrective actions to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor updates to management.
