Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for a tenured Manager / Associate Director with over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably from a Big 4 consulting background. The role focuses on architecting scalable AI solutions that solve real world client problems, and communicating the design choices and their pros/ cons involved in building such solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level architecture solutions across complex programs
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions
• Strong understanding of predictive models, generative AI, and data-driven systems
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.) in dev environment (command line interface)
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions (data, models, APIs, integration)
• Experience with any 2 of 3 cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, microservices
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions and articulate pros/cons of various architectural choices
• Define and drive architecture strategy, frameworks, and governance models
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, to influence AI solution choices
• Lead and mentor teams of architects and technical specialists
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients/internal business leaders
• Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and strategic client discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong focus on architecture roles
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture / solution architecture
• Prior experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML-driven environments and data-driven architecture
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cloud platforms
