Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in learning administration, curricula management, assignments, learning programs, content integration, reporting, and SuccessFactors platform integrations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, managing end-to-end LMS projects, and providing production support while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to learning and training processes.
• Configure and maintain:
• Learning Items
• Curricula
• Programs
• Assignments
• Learning Paths
• Classes and Schedules
• User Groups
• Domains and Security Roles
• Libraries and Categories
• Configure automatic assignment profiles and learning recommendations.
• Manage instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and online learning programs.
• Support certification and compliance training requirements.
• Work closely with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams to define learning strategies.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure LMS workflows and notifications.
• Support integrations between LMS and:
• Employee Central
• Platform
• Virtual Learning Systems
• Third-party content providers
• Coordinate LMS data migration activities and validation.
• Support SSO and authentication configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain LMS reports.
• Create custom reports using:
• Plateau Reports
• Story reports
• People Analytics
• Canvas Reports
• Analyze learning completion metrics and compliance reports.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Work with SAP support and external vendors for issue resolution.
