Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and investigation to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective support strategies.
- Continuously analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within critical business applications.
- Ability to work with integration points and connectivity protocols related to financial systems.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining high availability of enterprise-level software solutions.
- Familiarity with system logs analysis and root cause investigation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
