Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous oversight to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub, Oracle Financials.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Financials modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
