Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. Throughout the day, the lead oversees the application of testing methodologies and quality processes, ensuring that key performance metrics are established and monitored to evaluate test execution and defect management effectively. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to driving continuous improvement and delivering reliable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business objectives and project requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the quality engineering team.
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify areas for process enhancement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support the professional growth of team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience in designing and executing automated and manual testing frameworks tailored to React.js applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support quality engineering efforts.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
