Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and adaptability are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business goals and project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and their deployment models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
