Manager - Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- MIS reporting and commentary on monthly/quarterly performance of international subsidiaries:
Powerol, Group companies MIS.
Various reporting for MAMJP, Powerol - Value Creation:
Margin improvement for Powerol.
Driving SSU cost saving
Working on opportunity in FD/SD financials, incl. FD & SD benchamarking
Strategic choices for domestic companies - Budgeting/Rolling Forecast/War Rooms:
Provide business support for War Rooms (OWR/BWR/SWR) and forcast for MAMJP, Powerol along with FES and global subusidiaries
Hyperion for MAMJP Budget - Domestic MIS & Global subsidiaries, preparations of President's review:
FLC,MPP, MBLC, Monthly Commodity update communication, Board back ups - Financial Benchmarking:
Competitors positioning, analysing their core strenths & financial analysis including Escorts
