The Sales Manager - Credit Card is responsible for driving credit card acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation through multiple sourcing channels, including branch referrals, open market activities, corporate tie-ups, DSAs, and digital channels. The role involves leading and managing a sales team, developing acquisition strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The incumbent is expected to build strong stakeholder relationships, enhance customer acquisition, maintain sourcing quality, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
