Experience: 6 to 8 years in core SAP

1. Basic Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
• Travelling – sporadically international travelling for official purpose

 

2. Purpose of the Job

• The primary purpose of this position is to support existing Core-Team positioned in Wuppertal, Germany in SAP Rollout, Support activities at subsidiaries geographically located at China, Brazil, India, etc. you will work with key business stakeholders and senior management to understand and prioritize information requirements and provide technical solutions.

 

3. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities

• Provide post-implementation support for PP incidents, changes and associated interfaces and reports
• Should interact with business users and understand the business requirements and translate the same requirements in the form of technical requirements in SAP
• Prepare functional specifications for customization and developments
• Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and de]sign thbv e solutions. Testing, assist in the development of test scripts. Finalize the configuration & support the solution

• Providing support to diverse locations and time zones.

6. Knowledge

• 3-6 years of work experience in SAP PP Configuration and Support
• Diversified information technology experience and broad knowledge of SAP PP along with most of the modules link MM, QM and ideally production supply with WM and EWM
• Must have knowledge/experience about Production Shop floor control, Capacity requirement planning, Material requirement planning in ECC and S4 HANA.
• Candidate should have worked in support projects and have good exposure to various Master Data of the PP like Material master, Bill of Material, Routing, Work center and instructions, PRT, knowledge of LSMW/LTMC is required.
• Should have expertise in different processes like MRP, MTO, MTS, Production Planning cycle, Lean Production, Demand Management, Batch Management, Production order confirmation and close as well as manufacturing of serialized products.
• Should be able to understand the cross-functional requirements with other modules like MM, SD, CO, EWM, WM.
• Should have good understanding of the ITIL framework
• S/4 Implementation or support project experience will be an added advantage
