Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that service level agreements are effectively monitored and controlled. The individual applies established tools, methodologies, and processes to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments. Collaboration and coordination across multiple teams are integral to managing the complexities of the assigned initiatives and driving successful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align expectations and project deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to effectively monitor and control project progress.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Capability to identify process improvements and implement best practices within program control activities.
