Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, while also adapting to any changes in requirements or technology.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
