Summary:
In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical standards and responsible practices. This position requires guiding teams to ensure AI projects comply with regulatory frameworks and align with established ethical principles. The role includes fostering collaboration across various departments, providing strategic leadership, and advocating for the adoption of responsible AI methodologies throughout the organization. The individual will actively engage in designing and deploying AI systems that are transparent, fair, and accountable, ensuring the technology serves its intended purpose without unintended harm.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
- Promote awareness and training on responsible AI practices within the organization.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive responsible AI adoption.
- Familiarity with AI governance models and risk management strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
