Officer - Pipe Plant

Roles and Responsibility:

Machine Operation

• Operate PVC extrusion machinery according to production schedules.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to maintain product quality.

Quality Control

• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy as per the Ashirvad standards.
• Perform regular sampling and testing to ensure consistency.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Identify and resolve mechanical or process issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow Aliaxis safety guidelines including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Documentation

• Record production data, including output, defects, and machine performance.
• Report discrepancies or malfunctions to immediate supervisors.

Collaboration

• Work with technical teams to optimize efficiency.
• Train or assist contractual manpower in respective processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• 3 to 5years  relevant experience and ITI/Diploma -CIPET/Fitter/Electrician
• Knowledge of PVC extrusion processes.
• Machine operation and adjustment.
• Quality control and inspection techniques.
• Safety awareness and compliance.
• Teamwork and communication
