What would you do? " The Talent Acquisition – Recruitment professional is responsible for hands-on execution of end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, business units, and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service-level expectations. The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle." Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? "Relevant years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment operations, including: • Hands-on execution of end-to-end recruitment activities ( Hiring Manager & Candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support) • Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with defined TATs • Candidate pipeline management and stakeholder coordination • Accurate maintenance of ATS data, trackers, and reports • Adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements • Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry is mandatory Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module" "• Hands-on recruitment execution • Candidate sourcing and screening • Interview coordination and pipeline management • Time management and prioritization • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements • Collaboration within recruitment and delivery teams • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Job Boards, HCM platforms •Very Good – clear, professional, and structured communication •Proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)"
Roles and Responsibilities: •"Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results on the basis of IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration) Recruitment Administration & Analytics: Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis - Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes. Partner with Hiring Managers and candidates and ensure continuous engagement throughout the end-to-end hiring process"
