Job Summary:
HR Reinvention is a team of HR Professionals who specialize in select areas within HR to help our clients target and deliver values for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model, and can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore and offshore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Engage with client stakeholders across levels to gather requirements, present insights, and support solution alignment and delivery execution.

·       Plan, design, and facilitate client workshops to drive strategic alignment and co-create solutions with senior HR and business stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams where needed to drive alignment across AI Led HR strategy, operating model, and transformation workstreams

·       Manage day-to-day project execution including workplans, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder coordination across transformation engagements.

·       Contribute to project management activities including planning, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and securing buy-in from senior client stakeholders.

·       Contribute towards development of assets, methodologies, point-of-views, research or white papers and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.

·       Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development by partnering with global sales and account teams.

·       Develop and leverage AI-enabled tools and agents to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements across individual and team deliverables.
